What we need from
To support the successful delivery of this program, our client seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers to supply an ERP Project Delivery Office (PDO) Support Officer.
The ERP PDO Support Officer will provide governance coordination, delivery support, reporting capability, and program administration to the ERP Program. The role will support the Program Director, Project Managers, and business stakeholders by ensuring program activities are coordinated, monitored, and reported in line with established PDO standards and governance frameworks.
Purpose
The purpose of this engagement is to provide structured Project Delivery Office (PDO) support to ensure effective governance, reporting, planning coordination, and delivery oversight across the ERP Program.
The ERP PDO Support Officer will:
- Maintain governance artefacts
- Consolidate program‑level reporting
- Support financial and resource tracking
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, and vendor teams
This role ensures strong visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions, enabling project and business leads to focus on implementation.
Duties / Typical Day / Responsibilities
- Support establishment and operation of ERP program governance forums
- Maintain program governance artefacts including RAID logs, dependency registers, and decision logs
- Ensure alignment with organisational PDO standards and frameworks
- Prepare governance packs, steering committee papers, and executive reports
- Assist with coordination of vendors and external delivery partners
- Provide day‑to‑day coordination support to ERP Project Managers
- Ensure risks, issues, and actions are captured, monitored, and escalated
- Maintain project documentation and delivery artefacts
- Coordinate communications across business units, DTS, and vendors
