What we need from you:

·        AUS Citizen – Baseline Clearance and can obtain NV1

·        Extensive 10 years of relevant professional experience as SAP Basis Consultant

·        Strong focus on SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA

·        Deep understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures

·        Proven expertise in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems

What you’ll do:

·        Strategic SAP Consultancy & Architecture: Advise clients on SAP strategy, system architecture, performance, and security while designing scalable, future-ready solutions.

·        Project & Risk Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP Basis projects, managing cross-functional teams and mitigating risks during implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

·        Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by staying current with SAP trends and promoting ongoing optimization across the SAP landscape.

·        Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build strong client relationships and collaborate with SAP vendors to deliver efficient, cutting-edge solutions.

·        Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery through robust standards and best practices.

·        In-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures

·        Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other related technologies.

·        engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

·        Proven track record of leading and delivering complex SAP projects, achieving client satisfaction, and driving business value. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
