Role Description
• Experience with at least 2 of the following: Fortinet, Checkpoint, DDoS platform, F5.
• Working knowledge of on MPLS/LDP, VRF, BGP, VxLAN.
• Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v4.
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently, but also a team player.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology service management position or a comparable discipline within IP and Security technology space.
• Experience in managing vendors and suppliers, outsourcing contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide leadership to MSP service delivery team.
• Demonstrable previous experience in an international service delivery environment.
• Sound understanding of remote resource management skills.
• Ability to relate to technology and have fast adoption skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirement into meaningful business opportunities.
• Confident in relationship management, both with internal business stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong experience with networks, infrastructure and operations.
• Breadth and depth in telecommunications networks both from a technology and services perspective.
• Availability to work afterhours on an on-call basis.
• Good to excellent command of English.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of segmented routing IS-IS.
• Understanding on Mobile technology(4G/5G).
• Cloud infrastructure.
• Scripting / DevOps knowledge.
• Global management experience.
• Track record and experience of successful matrix management of technical teams including development, coaching, performance feedback and evaluation.
• Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Contract Management.
• Opportunity Management.
• Service Level Management.
• Process Development/Management.
• Conflict Management.
• Risk and Issue Management.
