The Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a recruitment professional, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth, managing client accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will work alongside an experienced team, with ample opportunities to grow and expand your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and develop customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and business growth.
· Identify new client prospects and deliver tailored pitches to secure new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large tenders and strategic engagements.
· Work autonomously to drive initiatives and problem-solving efforts, influencing decision-making at all levels.
· Contribute to shaping and executing account strategies with a focus on impactful outcomes.
· Maintain a high sense of urgency to meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
· Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or B2B environment, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Customer Account Management: Strong background in managing client accounts and nurturing long-term relationships.
· Business Development: Demonstrated success in identifying new prospects, generating leads, and closing deals.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
· Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in the context of bids, tenders, or strategic projects.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to influence problem-solving initiatives and drive solutions independently.
· Time Management & Prioritization: High sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining focus on key objectives.
· Tech-Savvy: Understanding of technology products and services; comfortable learning about new tech solutions.
