Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a critical HR systems project focusing on Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, documenting current and future processes, assisting in the procurement process, and supporting the implementation of the chosen solution. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and will be an integral part of a larger project and program team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the validation and documentation of Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR requirements, including detailed business scenarios.
• Document high-level current and future processes (up to process level 2) for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR across the organization.
• Assist in the procurement process for a new Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR system.
• Facilitate process design changes by conducting comprehensive business and systems process analysis and design.
• Ensure alignment of the selected Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR solution(s) with existing systems.
• Understand and manage the needs and expectations of various stakeholders.
• Support the organization in transitioning from legacy Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR systems to new systems, driving positive change.
• Provide support during solution implementation phases, including configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over, and post-launch activities.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional duties as required, within the scope of the incumbent’s skills, training, and competencies.
