Analyze and document business requirements for technology solutions built on Salesforce/MuleSoft, AWS, Siebel/Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, and advanced analytics platforms.

Responsibilities/ Skills

Key duties and responsibilities

·       Elicit and document requirements for solutions leveraging the core toolsets.

·       Map and optimize business processes using Akkodis TTS methodologies.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

·       Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Essential Skills:

·       Experience as a business analyst on projects involving the listed platforms.

·       Strong analytical and communication skills.

·       SFIA Level 4 or above in Requirements Definition and Management.
