Essential Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets
• Strong knowledge of derivatives products and post-trade/back-office processes
• Expertise across interest rate derivatives and fixed income products
• Proven requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills
• Strong experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Demonstrated capability in user story creation, backlog refinement and UAT support
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Highly Regarded

• Experience within clearing houses, central banks or post-trade environments
• Knowledge of digital banking or enterprise financial services platforms
• Exposure to databases, Java, XML and application log analysis
• CFA, FRM or recognised Business Analysis certifications
• Techno-functional experience within capital markets platforms
