Join a high-impact program supporting critical operational systems in the aviation industry. As a Senior Engineering Specialist (Communications), you'll drive the technical performance, sustainment, and enhancement of essential communication systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply systems engineering expertise across system design, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Lead risk management, configuration control, and system testing activities.
• Provide technical leadership and advisory support, including safety and security guidance.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, standards, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration and performance.

About You:

• Degree in Engineering or IT (or equivalent) and eligibility for RPEQ registration.
• NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Proven experience in systems engineering, SDLC, and robust software development.
• Expertise in stakeholder and vendor management and preparing solution architecture documents.
• Desirable: Experience with real-time systems, distributed architectures, or ISM principles.
