Senior Test Automation Engineer

•  Expert “hands-on” technical proficiency in the principles and practical application of automation testing, test frameworks, CI/CD, across a variety of tools

The Role

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of advanced automation technologies and best practices across a wide range of strategic, high-impact solutions, from cloud platforms and mobile applications to CRM portals. You’ll work closely with Agile teams to design and integrate robust test automation frameworks, elevate testing standards, and streamline processes across both new and legacy systems.

Duties/Typical Day/Responsibilities (If needed)

•   Evaluate and recommend test automation technology selection and strategy (including framework selection and coding language).
•    Design and implement automation frameworks, ensuring usability, effectiveness, efficiency and maintainability are met. Frameworks must support backend and UI components, with a particular emphasis on Accessibility.
•     Set standards for writing test code and automation coding principles to be used across the team.
• Support in-Sprint delivery of automated tests meeting acceptance criteria and enable Definition of Done.
