    We are currently seeking a Service Desk Officer to join our client, delivering high-quality ICT support services across a large and complex digital environment.

     

    You will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, providing first-level technical support, and ensuring seamless user experience. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain service levels and support ongoing operations.

     

     

    Key Requirements

    ·      Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests via phone and email

    ·      Log, track, and manage tickets in line with SLAs and service desk procedures

    ·      Troubleshoot issues related to desktop applications and user environments

    ·      Escalate incidents to Level 2/3 teams and external vendors where required

    ·      Maintain ownership of incidents through to resolution and closure

    ·      Ensure accurate documentation in ticketing and knowledge management systems

    ·      Perform user administration and general service desk tasks
