    ·      Strong experience with ServiceNow

    ·      Experience in a service desk or IT support environment.

    ·      Proficient in supporting standard desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

    ·      Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

     

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Officer to join our client’s team, delivering essential IT support services within a large and fast-paced organizational environment. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective support for incident and service request management, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and adherence to defined service standards.

     

     

    Key Requirements

     

    ·      Take full ownership of the end-user service experience, consistently aiming to deliver high-quality IT support.

    ·      Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests, aiming for a high rate of first-contact resolution.

    ·      Provide support for standard desktop applications and approved software.

    ·      Manage the escalation of unresolved issues to technical teams or external vendors, while maintaining end-to-end ownership until resolution.

    ·      Keep users informed throughout the service process to ensure a positive support experience.

    ·      Perform routine user administration and general administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, as directed.
