ServiceNow Developer

Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules with scripting, automation, and integration expertise.

·      Module Configuration: Configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

·      Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes) to automate processes and enhance functionality.

·      Integration: Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

·      UI/UX Enhancements: Customize forms, portals, and dashboards to improve user experience.

·      Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

·      Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments across environments.

·      Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

·      Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including ITSM, security, compliance, and business units. Process Design.

Candidate Profile

·      NV1 Security clearance

·      Extensive experience across ServiceNow, especially the following ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management modules.

·      Expected Certifications - ITIL V4 Foundation, ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ServiceNow CIS (Event Management + others)

·      Platform Development: Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
