What We Need from You

 

ESSENTIAL

 

·        Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration

 

·        Strong understanding of ITSM processes and workflow automation

 

IDEAL

 

·        Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure or Salesforce

 

·        SFIA Level 4 or above in Service Management or Application Support

 

·        Baseline Clearance

·        Build and enhance ITSM workflows and automation

 

·        Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms

 

·        Provide technical support and guidance to users

 

·        Ensure solutions align with best practices and governance standards
