    Are you a customer-focused IT Support professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills? We are working with a valued client seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join their team in Darwin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys delivering high-quality end-user support.



    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality customer support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

    • Manage tickets (incidents and requests), including documentation and follow-ups

    • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support standards

    • Support end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a range of technologies

    • Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and network connectivity

    • Support voice and video conferencing platforms

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery



    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Strong communication and customer service orientation

    • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

    • Solid understanding of SLA principles and support processes

    • Hands-on experience with:

    Windows 10/11

    Microsoft 365 (M365)

    Active Directory

    Azure MFA

    • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and Apple)

    • Knowledge of Intune and/or SCCM

    • Experience with printers and multifunction devices

    • Understanding of workstation network configuration

    • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (laptops/desktops)

    • Basic networking knowledge (concepts and components)

    • Familiarity with voice and video conferencing tools
