Sr. Salesforce Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with Principal Engineers, Architects, and delivery teams to design, build, and support Salesforce-based applications, integrations, and customer-facing portals. You'll contribute to the delivery of a new digital platform while supporting legacy system decommissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop Salesforce solutions, integrations, and application components

✅ Build scalable customer portals and digital service experiences

✅ Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automations

✅ Implement Salesforce API integrations and integration patterns

✅ Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices

✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and code reviews

✅ Support testing, deployment, transition, and go-live activities

✅ Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Required Experience

✔ Deep Salesforce platform expertise

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

✔ Experience delivering multiple Salesforce platform implementations

✔ Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise

✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance, and platform limits

✔ Integration design using Salesforce APIs and standard integration patterns

✔ Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps preferred)

✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
