What we need from you

· Experience in end-user computing support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, and communication devices)

· Strong exposure to infrastructure and application monitoring tools

· Proven ability to perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for issue resolution

· Ability to work in a high-availability, fast-paced operations environment

· Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

· High level of reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work across rotating rosters (day/night shifts)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Center (OC) Analyst – Production Systems to join one of our client’s teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring critical IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing timely resolution or escalation of technical issues.

 

Key Requirements

· Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and related peripherals

· Monitor infrastructure and applications to identify and respond to incidents proactively

· Perform initial troubleshooting using knowledge base articles and standard procedures

· Coordinate with L3 support teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution

· Maintain accurate documentation and incident records

· Work across flexible roster models, including 12-hour day/night shifts and standard weekday shifts
