What we need from you


Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – ERP Program to support discovery, analysis, and design across a complex enterprise application landscape.

The role will bridge business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse integrations and data flows, and ensure alignment between ERP functionality and surrounding systems. This is a discovery‑heavy role requiring strong business analysis capability combined with technical aptitude across integrations, data structures, and dependencies.


The Role

 

As the Technical Business Analyst – ERP Program, you will provide specialised business and technical analysis capability to support the successful design and delivery of the ERP Program. You will work across discovery, design, build, and transition phases, collaborating closely with business SMEs, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements, integrations, and data flows are clearly understood and documented.


Responsibilities

·      Elicit, analyse, and document business processes, operational requirements, and future‑state needs

·      Translate business requirements into clear functional and non‑functional specifications

·      Support ERP scope definition and clarify boundaries between ERP and surrounding systems

·      Analyse the enterprise application landscape, documenting systems, ownership, integrations, and data flows

·      Develop and maintain application inventories, interface definitions, and data flow diagrams

·      Identify upstream and downstream impacts of ERP changes across systems

·      Engage business SMEs, application owners, technical teams, and vendors to align understanding

·      Analyse data structures, ownership, quality, migration considerations, and integration logic
