Role – Technical Delivery Lead Coordinator (A06)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead Coordinator (A06) to support the delivery of multiple ICT initiatives involving application transitions, software deployments, and migration activities within a complex enterprise environment. The role will coordinate project delivery activities, stakeholder engagement, governance, and technical transition planning to ensure successful outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Employment Type and Duration: Contract – 12 months + extensions

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Carseldine, Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of ICT initiatives, software deployments, and transition activities

• Plan and manage project activities, schedules, resources, and delivery milestones

• Support application and tool transitions into a Standard Operating Environment (SOE)

• Coordinate technical cutover and migration activities including data and M365 migrations

• Produce and maintain project documentation within governance frameworks and organisational standards

• Support stakeholder engagement, communication plans, reporting, and organisational change activities

• Work collaboratively with operational support teams to ensure sustainable service delivery outcomes

• Apply agile delivery concepts including sprint-based planning and execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering software deployment and transition/implementation projects

• Strong experience in data migration projects

• Hands-on experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz for M365 migrations including Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and related services

• Experience with networking and connected device configuration

• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management

• Experience with Microsoft Project highly desirable

• Exposure to software asset management, end user computing, and information security concepts desirable

• Previous experience across public and private sector environments highly regarded

Qualifications & Clearance

• Demonstrated experience in ICT project delivery or technical coordination roles

• Relevant project delivery or ICT certifications highly regarded

• Ability to work within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks
