About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and highly capable Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) to join a fast-paced, high-impact digital transformation program. This is a rare opportunity to lead integrated technical workstreams involving Dynamics 365 (D365), PowerForce, data migration, and third-party vendor coordination.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and engineering leads to ensure end-to-end visibility, agile sprint coordination, and seamless integration across multiple systems and delivery partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex system integration environments and brings a strong technical understanding, stakeholder management capability, and hands-on Agile delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical delivery across integrated program workstreams
- Act as Scrum Master to manage Agile ceremonies, sprints, and backlogs using Azure DevOps
- Drive sprint planning and delivery alignment across D365, PowerForce, data migration, and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure delivery is on track, risks are managed, and dependencies are clear
- Maintain high-quality Agile dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
- Provide strong coordination and governance for a highly integrated solution architecture
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously optimise team performance
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master in complex, multi-vendor environments
- Deep understanding of systems integration (SI) projects, ideally across enterprise platforms like D365 and PowerForce
- Expertise in managing Agile delivery using Azure DevOps – including dashboards, backlog grooming, sprint planning & retrospectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage delivery under pressure with high levels of accountability
- Experience working in cross-functional delivery squads and large-scale programs
Desirable
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with enterprise data migration best practices
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe)
