The Project

Join a major digital transformation program delivering modern web applications, integrations, and enterprise platforms. Working within an Agile delivery environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, security, and reliability of technology solutions through a combination of manual and automated testing.

 

Please note this role requires onsite working in Perth CBD all 5 days. The role cannot be performed remotely or WFH.

 

Responsibilities

·      Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

·      Build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks and scripts.

·      Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.

·      Identify, document, and track defects through Azure DevOps.

·      Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.

·      Support test planning, test strategy development, and release readiness activities.

·      Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and testing best practices.

·      Produce quality metrics, test reports, and risk assessments.

 

Skills & Experience

·      Recent and relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.

·      Experience testing large scale web applications and enterprise systems.

·      Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery methodologies.

·      Experience with Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.

·      Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and database testing (SQL/Oracle).

·      Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

·      Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

·      Experience with LoadRunner, ReadyAPI, ServiceNow, and AI assisted development tools is desirable.

·      Agile Testing, ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly regarded.

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in enterprise application testing, test automation, and quality assurance. You will bring hands on experience delivering testing outcomes across large scale digital transformation projects, with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments and manage competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing automated test solutions using Playwright and TypeScript, alongside strong manual testing capabilities across functional, integration, regression, performance, and accessibility testing. You will be comfortable working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high quality project delivery.
