    One of our premium federal government clients are seeking multiple Manual Test Analysts to join their team.

     

    Role Overview: As a Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our client’s testing team, responsible for developing and executing manual tests for both new and existing technology products. Utilizing industry-standard tools, you will create and maintain high-quality test artefacts while adhering to rigorous standards and guidelines. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, fostering stakeholder relationships, and advocating for the importance of testing in achieving operational goals.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Test Artefacts: Create, execute, and report on test artefacts including requirements matrices, test cases, and defect reports, ensuring compliance with section standards.
    • Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, providing on-the-job training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation to support test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and uphold quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders, representing the testing team's interests and contributions.
    • Communication: Tailor communication strategies to effectively engage with diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
    • Innovation: Contribute to strategic thinking within the team to enhance delivery efficiencies and promote the benefits of testing across the organization.
    • Technical Advice: Provide limited technical advice on applications, systems, and tools to support successful test project delivery.

     

    Strong applicants will have:

    • Three (3) or more years of experience in testing or quality assurance roles.
    • Proven experience in training and mentoring staff.
    • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery methodologies.
    • An ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
