Model-Based Design Battery - Research Engineer - Automotive - M/F/X

We are actively looking for a Research Engineer that will take join the R&D teams of our customer, to work on cutting edge automotive battery projects.

Within the Battery division of the team, you will be in charge of:

• Technology research : research the latest battery MBD technology & battery related connected services to develop new MBD method/ improve existing method following conference etc...
• Methodology development: Develop a from 3D model to P2D and AI hybrid model to predict the aging of battery.
• Focus on All Solid State Battery aging prediction.
• Apply to liquid electrolyte aging including Lithium plating.
• Model validation : Use 3D model to support P2D model calibration and validate statistically the aging prediction.
• Data analyzing: analyze simulation & test data and draw conclusions.
• Take a role of expert in the field, contribute to the team overall outcome, support problem solving.

You have an engineering degree and you are passionate about automotive.

You have a first experience in battery engineering : including mechanical, simulation of aging & chemical.

You are familiar with machine learning /Data science.

You are keen on the automotive industry; well-organized and team player.

You speak Fluently English (working language in place).
