Packaging Engineer - Life Sciences - M/F/X

We are seeking a Packaging Engineer with a background in electromechanical or industrial engineering and experience in packaging lines.

The position involves working within the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics sectors, adhering to GMP standards. The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge of machines, the ability to manage their delivery and qualification, and experience with control systems. A relevant technical education is required, and packaging experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities 

• Draft technical specifications for packaging machines, including palletizing machines
• Evaluate supplier offers and manage post-purchase follow-up
• Test machines according to predefined protocols and standards
• Arrange documented handover to production and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

About you 

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with packaging machines and production lines in Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
