    Role Specifics

    Digital Delivery Operations is one of the fastest growing teams within the Contractual Customer Services organization. Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business focusing on contractual DaaS servicing offerings and internal HP employees.

    The License Manager will manage a set of operational tasks for managing customer licenses and supporting customer billing for SW licenses. Entitle and manage license keys for customer accounts for Proactive Insights, and report on associated licensing metrics.

    Your daily agenda would be to:

    • Create new customer license records in HP SW license enablement database
    • Manage requests for license changes, updates and additions
    • Compile billing information for licenses sold by customer, to support invoicing team
    • Enable monthly reporting of license activities managed
    • Collaborate with proactive team to review customer license utilization data and provide overviews

    • Excellent English – written and verbal
    • Financial management – ability to manage large data sets of financial records for license management topics
    • Billing & invoicing – communication and preparation of pre-billing files for SW licenses sales, for the HP sales ops / CMO teams
    • Customer service management – ability to manage service discussions with customers, related to software sales and billing
    • Account management – ability to manage relationships/financial escalations with key software accounts
    • MS Office skills – Core suite, with focus on Excel
    • Problem solving and communication skills
    • Ability to grasp complex (financial) topics and simplify to understandable concepts for customers
