About The Role:
As part of the development of the Hewlett Packard Inc poject we are looking for smart, dynamic people, willing to take the challenge and join our international and culturaally deverse team as a WW Budget Controling Specialist. The Team will be positioned in Sofia and will support HP Large Format service.
The Senior Budgeting Specialist is responsible for supporting financial oversight and team coordination within the organization. This role requires initiative, analytical thinking, and accountability for results, contributing to effective budget control and operational alignment.
Your Daily Agenda Will Be:
- Contribute to monitoring and controlling budgetary processes and financial performance.
- Provide guidance and support to Junior Budgeting Administrators.
- Oversee task prioritization and allocate responsibilities when subject matter expertise is unavailable.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work delivered by Junior and Senior Administrators.
- Take an active role in onboarding and training new team members.
- Regularly update and manage the Operational Scorecard.
- Support the creation and evaluation of budget reports in relation to KPIs and forecast data.
- Facilitate coordination of team efforts and assist with onboarding and HR-related tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained and internal policies are followed.
- Liaise with the budgeting team to implement updates to commodity codes or cost centers; prepare inputs for BI system updates.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help achieve operational objectives.
- Serve as the escalation contact for technical or procedural challenges.
- Use analytical thinking to detect inconsistencies and suggest process enhancements.
- Show ownership and initiative in handling daily responsibilities.
- Build the ability to make independent decisions concerning routine operations and critical tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English / C1 (Verbal and Written)
- Experience in MS Office,Especially MS Excel - Advanced level required. Deeper Excel knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
- Understanding of Microsoft Share Point
- Highly motivated towards achieving targets and cusstomer satisfaction
- Good Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Business knowledge and/or skills to understand and transform business requests to technical solutions
- Finance / Procurement experience will be considered as an advantage
- Time management and Task prioritization
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- 4 years of relevant corporate experience in the field of procuremnet/ dispatch / logistics or supply chain is a must
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
