Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement to support key digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis.

• Proven experience facilitating JAD sessions.

• BABOK certification or demonstrated knowledge of BABOK methodologies.

• Strong background in creating Business Cases, BRDs, and other business artifacts.

• Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including field mapping and integration with third-party systems.

• Expertise in producing detailed documentation: data dictionaries, functional/interface specs, business rules, and test cases.

Role Overview: You will lead and execute business analysis to identify and document business needs and align them with I&IT solutions. You’ll support re-engineering efforts, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and develop documentation aligned with OPS methodologies. Responsibilities include business case preparation, feasibility studies, requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating traceability matrices. The role also involves continuous monitoring and communication with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with project goals and public sector standards.
