20853-ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant/Configuration Specialists – CSDM & CMDB

Location-Remote, PST hours, Occasional client visit for meetings

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).

·         Minimum of 5+ years in service management with a focus on ServiceNow platform.

·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).

·         Proven experience implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

·         In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB.

·         Strong data management/analysis skills with experience in CMDB data model.

·         Experience implementing CMDB health dashboards, processes, and remediation tasks.

·         Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

·         Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.

·         Experience in data modeling and database management.

·         ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
