Our Banking client is seeking a Capital Markets - Business Analyst - IT - 5 to support its Payment Modernization Project within the GWO - Settlements & Clearing - Derivative Settlements group. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in business analysis, project management, and payment systems, and must possess strong collaboration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge business and technical requirements. Role: Capital Markets - Business Analyst - IT - 5

Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

 

Must Have Skills:
• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with a Financial Institution)
• Knowledge of payment systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with capital markets.

Soft Skills:
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• ISO Knowledge is an asset
