Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Applications Architect to design and implement enterprise-level telephony and digital communication solutions. This role focuses on architecting secure, scalable, and high-performing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Must Haves:

• 7+ years’ experience with Genesys Architect call flows, digital channels, and ACD routing.

• 7+ years’ experience deploying VOIP phone systems with deep knowledge of telephony concepts (SIP, SBCs, QoS, E-911, porting, number plans).

• 7+ years’ experience with SSO/SAML and user lifecycle management via SCIM or Azure AD provisioning.

• 7+ years’ experience developing and integrating with REST APIs.

Responsibilities:
You will design and implement application architecture solutions that support voice, digital channels, and user identity management. This includes defining system integrations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards, and collaborating with infrastructure, operations, and development teams. You will also optimize call flows, troubleshoot complex telephony issues, and ensure seamless deployment of VOIP solutions across the enterprise.
