Intermediate Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist

The Client is looking for an experienced Intermediate Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and administration of end-user devices and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system operations and maintenance.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Experience installing, upgrading, and patching Windows 10/11 operating systems

·         Proficiency with MS 365 Intune and Defender for device deployment

·         Hands-on experience with Dell and HP hardware platforms

·         Skilled in deploying standard applications on laptops (e.g., Adobe, Antivirus)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily systems administration, including user access, profiles, backups, and recovery

·         Perform OS/software upgrades and patches across multiple environments

·         Deploy and support end-user hardware and software

·         Monitor system performance and ensure efficient use of computing resources

·         Coordinate and maintain network and systems infrastructure to ensure operational readiness
