Intermediate Systems Testing/QA Specialist

The Client is looking for an Intermediate Systems Testing/QA Specialist to support quality assurance across large-scale enterprise IT systems. This role focuses on both manual and automated testing to ensure system reliability, performance, and functionality.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         5+ years of experience in enterprise-level software testing

·         Proficient in manual and automated testing methods

·         Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)

·         Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and Postman for API testing

Key Responsibilities:

·         Define testing strategies, develop test plans, and recommend appropriate tools and resources

·         Coordinate and execute testing efforts across GUI and non-GUI environments

·         Develop and run test cases, scripts, and specialized testing (e.g., stress, integration, user acceptance)

·         Collaborate with QA leads, IT leads, and project teams throughout the SDLC

·         Provide feedback and recommendations to improve testing processes and software quality.
