Intermediate UX Designer

The Government Client is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to support the creation of intuitive, accessible, and user-focused digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who can lead research, translate insights into design deliverables, and iterate through user testing.

• Experience facilitating UX research through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, A/B testing, and more

• Ability to lead ideation and produce detailed design deliverables, including service blueprints, IA, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma

As an Intermediate UX Designer, you’ll take a user-centered design approach to deliver seamless digital experiences across platforms. Responsibilities include conducting user research, designing user flows and journeys, and developing interactive prototypes optimized for a range of devices. You’ll collaborate closely with product, development, and visual design teams to ensure each solution meets both user needs and business goals. Proficiency with design tools, awareness of web development constraints, and a strong understanding of the emotional side of user interaction are key to success in this role.
