Junior Scrum Master

Our client is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support Agile project delivery within the Permission Enterprise Platform (PEP). This role will guide Agile adoption, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure smooth sprint execution in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Certified Scrum Master

·         Hands-on experience in Agile project environments

·         Proficiency using Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and sprints

·         Experience with Java and Oracle-based projects

·         Familiarity with IBM BPM

·         Proven ability to lead project teams and facilitate stakeholder interactions in complex settings.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Scrum Master, you’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and help accelerate delivery by removing obstacles and promoting Agile best practices. You’ll also support project planning, risk mitigation, and resource coordination while ensuring alignment with Ontario Government standards and timelines.

Experience with the Ministry of the Environment’s Modernization of Approvals platform or similar systems is a strong asset
