Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of products and services to effectively address client needs.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or account management, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation solutions.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
