ScrumMaster - 3

Banking Client is seeking an experienced ScrumMaster - 3 to support its Retail E2E Servicing Program, part of a high-impact initiative within the CBE Canadian Banking Engineering RBBO group. This role is focused on streamlining operations and modernizing platforms through automation and AI, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate must have strong Agile coaching skills, experience leading multiple Scrum teams, and the ability to identify and resolve technical risks. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.

Job Description:

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 7+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
2) 7+ years’ experience with PM tools: JIRA, Confluence
3) Experience working with multi-workstream, complex projects
4) CSM certification
5) Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience from FI/Banking
2) Experience with cloud technology implementations
3) Experience with Microsoft Power Platform implementations
4) Agile coaching experience
5) Reporting experience (Agile team KPIs, metrics)
