    Our client is looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to provide expert-level application and data support across a variety of enterprise systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge and experience working in complex IT environments.

    Job Description:

     

    Must Haves:

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Remedy, including custom modules, ticket tracking, and data management

    • 5+ years of experience in identity management systems (e.g., Net IQ), handling user access, credentials, and permissions

    • 5+ years managing data within client management systems and custom software solutions

    • Proven expertise managing data at the customer record level and communicating changes effectively

    Key Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will deliver advanced application support, input detailed work into ticketing systems, and ensure documentation meets legal, privacy, and business standards. You will investigate data discrepancies, make record-level changes, and work across 10–12 systems while adhering to strict protocols. Continuous learning and participation in training sessions are essential to stay aligned with evolving business needs and processes.



    Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
