We are seeking a Enterprise Architect for our Ontario Government Client to lead and develop complex enterprise architecture solutions and governance artifacts.
Must Haves:
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, including data modeling standards, data management, process modeling, and data security management.
Extensive experience with OPS Enterprise Architecture processes as both a Solution Architect and Change Application Architect.
Proven experience in developing high-quality Enterprise Architecture governance artifacts and coordinating with stakeholders to address concerns and mitigate risks (e.g., TRA, PIA).
Experience leading governance activities, including Threat and Risk Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments, and obtaining Architecture Governance Point approvals.
Technical expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, and related technologies.
Strong written and oral communication skills for consulting, presenting information, and explaining technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise architecture policies, standards, and plans to ensure data management, protection, and integrity.
Lead the development of governance artifacts and coordinate with stakeholders to address governance concerns and mitigate risks.
Guide the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and ensure performance and reliability in production environments.
Influence testing strategies and automate test processes while ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Recommend and implement changes to reference architectures and development frameworks while promoting industry standards and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in microservices architectures, service mesh, and customer experience portals.
Familiarity with AI and ML implementations.
Experience working in a test-driven development environment and using agile frameworks like Scrum.
