Senior Business Analyst

The Ontario Government Client is looking for a Business Analyst, Level 3 to lead I&IT business analysis services. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs, developing technical specifications for business solutions and infrastructure services.

 Duration: 6+ Months

Must Haves:

• Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements, and leading workshops to gather and document business needs.

• Proven ability to lead business analysis and document technical business requirements.

• Experience creating context diagrams, use cases, and use case models.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, including developing functional requirements, use cases, and context diagrams.

• Facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements and define technical frameworks.

• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.

• Ensure alignment with OPS project management and I&IT standards.

• Manage issue resolution and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business analysis, including developing requirements and use cases.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, SDLC, and business analysis tools.

• Strong communication skills, including documenting and presenting findings clearly.

• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
