The Ontario Government Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide I&IT business analysis services. The role involves working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical solutions.
Duration: 6+ Months
Must Haves:
Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating workshops, and documenting business processes, rules, and user interface designs.
Expertise in conducting business analysis to assess opportunities, define technical requirements, and create use cases and context diagrams.
Strong understanding of business process reengineering and performance measurement development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to define and document business and technical requirements.
Create business models, process maps, use cases, and context diagrams.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess challenges and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with standards, including AODA and OPS frameworks.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven ability to lead business analysis for medium-sized projects.
Expertise in reengineering business processes and developing I&IT solutions.
Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and OPS methodologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with performance measurement and system design documentation.
