Senior- Business Analyst

The Ontario Government Client seeks a Senior Business Analyst to modernize the operations of the Rural & Northern Locum Programs (RNLP). This role focuses on system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

Duration:6+ Months

Must Haves:

• 7+ years in:

• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management

• System and business analysis

• Documentation (use cases, SRS, BRD, user stories)

• Leading business analysis activities

• Agile methodologies and technical documentation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

• Create and manage business analysis artifacts and technical documentation.

• Provide risk assessments and support system design and architecture analysis.

• Develop training materials and ensure knowledge transfer to Ontario Health teams.

Skills & Deliverables:

• Expertise in tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong business modeling, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deliver system analysis, functional documentation, and compliance with security standards.
