Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support initiatives within the Ministry of Transportation’s Transportation Safety (TS) Division. This role involves leading business analysis activities for data-driven projects, including data migration and transformation.

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

·         Proven experience in Data Migration projects

·         Hands-on experience with Databricks

Key Responsibilities:

·         Report assignment progress and raise issues with mitigation strategies to Project Management

·         Lead or contribute to solution development within TS Division initiatives

·         Conduct feasibility analysis, scope definition, and project estimation

·         Facilitate Joint Requirements Planning and Application Design sessions

·         Analyze and document current and future state processes and data

·         Elicit, specify, and validate business requirements using ministry tools and templates

·         Review technical design documents and provide feedback

·         Participate in milestone walkthroughs and ensure knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Align activities with direction from the Project Manager and/or Lead Business Analyst
