Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience leading business/system analysis and documenting requirements for I&IT solutions

·         Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

·         Hands-on experience with data marts, data warehouses, data lakehouses, and BI/analytics solutions

·         Demonstrated experience in large-scale data migration projects

·         Skilled in writing user stories and using tools such as Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct business and system analysis, data modeling, process flows, and business rule definition

·         Analyze and document requirements for solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

·         Support QA activities by creating use cases, test plans/scripts, and managing defects

·         Use Power BI, basic SQL, and ETL concepts for reporting and data quality assessment

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions
