Senior Business Analyst

Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale data and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business/system analysis and data-centric projects.

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

·         10+ years’ experience conducting business/system analysis and documenting I&IT requirements

·         Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

·         Hands-on experience with data warehouse/data mart/data lakehouse or BI/Analytics/reporting solutions

·         Proven background in large, complex data migration projects

·         Skilled in writing user stories and using tools such as Azure DevOps

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities, translate business needs into system requirements, and collaborate with both business and technical teams. Responsibilities include creating use cases, test plans/scripts, data/process models, and supporting reporting, data migration, and CRM/ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365) solutions.

Strong SQL knowledge, familiarity with ETL and data quality concepts, and experience with tools like Power BI are highly valued. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.
