Senior Business Analyst

 Our Ontario Government Client is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support medium to large-scale projects. This role requires extensive experience in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills to guide the project from design to production readiness.

Must haves:

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA

• Scrum master experience

• 5+ years of experience with business stakeholders on design and solution sessions

• Hands-on experience triaging design gaps and production issues

Business Analyst Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis for large-scale implementations

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA)

• Experience in creating Business Cases, Business Requirements Documents, and testing documentation

• Exposure to large system implementations and case management solutions

Technical Skills

• Experience working with technical and business SMEs to triage defects and design gaps

• Experience in production readiness documentation, support models, and SLAs

• Experience with solution design and DevOps tools

Public Sector Experience

• Experience working in government or public sector organizations

• Familiarity with case management applications
