Senior Business Analyst

The Ontario Government Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in electronic health-related projects, particularly those involving clinical software systems. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a deep understanding of health records data, including pharmacy, hospital, and immunization workflows.

Must Haves:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in electronic health-related projects, particularly with clinical software systems

• Proven experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of health records data, including pharmacy, hospital, and immunization workflows

• Experience with Business Analyst concepts and managing projects in a matrix organizational environment

• Excellent time management and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Support and analyze activities related to PCR, MCTA, PCOI, and CMTA.

• Define requirements for the integration of these systems with the Immunization Registry.

• Contribute to the Integrated Project Plan and ensure alignment with client identifiers.

Desired Skills:

• Undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline

• Experience with health system business implementation and deployment projects

• Knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes

• Experience operating in highly political environments and across various organizational cultures

Deliverables:

• Contribute to project plans and define system integration requirements

• Document processes for data quality remediation and system integration

• Ensure full knowledge transfer to the Ontario Health team before the end of the engagement
