Position: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 8 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite/Hybrid: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of enterprise CRM and case management solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration technologies.
The successful consultant will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Developers, Infrastructure Teams, and Security Teams to analyze business requirements, develop solution designs, support enterprise integration initiatives, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs. This role requires strong business analysis capabilities combined with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 solution design, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder engagement.
Scope
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed CRM solution designs and business specifications.
Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state solution planning.
Support the design of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure-integrated solutions.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, and solution design sessions.
Assignment Deliverables
Define business data requirements, entity relationships, data mappings, and integration requirements.
Support data migration planning, business process design, and enterprise system integration initiatives.
Deliver stakeholder presentations, design recommendations, risk assessments, and Public Sector documentation.
Develop business requirements, solution specifications, user stories, process models, and implementation-ready documentation.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
6+ years of experience in BA
Significant experience designing online user experiences for complex digital solutions.
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
Ability to delivery on a product with a balanced team (product owner, user experience designers, developers) utilizing Agile (SCRUM) delivery methodologies. Scrum master experience is preferred.
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Knowledge of online collaboration tools such as MIRO, Atlassian Confluence and Trello, Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of Backlog Management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Security Clearance
