Senior- Business Architect

The Ontario Government Client seeks a Senior Business Architect to drive innovation in healthcare interoperability, governance, and digital transformation, aligning with provincial and pan-Canadian standards.

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Haves

• 3-5 years' experience in value stream analysis, process documentation, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT).

• 5-7 years' experience in business architecture, including process mapping, capability modeling, and governance frameworks.

• Proven expertise in cross-functional leadership, change management, and aligning solutions with healthcare data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead business model innovation and develop operating models aligned with healthcare goals.

• Support cost-effective digital and data services in a fiscally constrained environment.

• Modernize processes to improve efficiency and implement interoperability standards.

• Advocate for user-focused digital solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Produce architecture artifacts, implement operational models, and guide transformation initiatives.
