Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         7–10 years of Change Management experience

·         Enterprise-level change management expertise

·         Strong relationship management skills

·         Exceptional communication and consultation skills

Key Responsibilities: You will provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance on change management principles, helping leaders and teams understand and navigate the people impacts of change. Acting as a visible coach and change champion, you will partner closely with project managers, business analysts, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate change practices across the organization. You will develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs. Responsibilities also include conducting readiness assessments, identifying and mitigating people-side risks, tracking adoption and proficiency, and ensuring sustained change benefits through knowledge transfer and continuous improvement practices.
