The Client is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving successful change adoption through structured strategies, stakeholder engagement, and expert coaching.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Proven expertise in organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices

·         Strong experience in developing training, communications, and change management strategies and plans

·         Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and project teams

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide expert guidance and coaching on change management principles

·         Support leaders and teams in understanding and managing the people side of change

·         Develop and implement change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication roadmaps

·         Lead readiness assessments and track adoption, utilization, and proficiency

·         Identify and mitigate people-related risks and resistance

·         Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and leadership to embed change practices into project delivery

·         Ensure clients and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with change goals

Promote sustainable change by embedding practices like knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
