Your Role

Position: Senior CRM – Software Developer

Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.


About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM – Software Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise‑level healthcare and public‑sector digital solutions. The successful consultant will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving abilities, and experience working within complex, privacy‑sensitive healthcare environments, contributing to Agile‑based application delivery initiatives.


Scope

  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM‑based enterprise applications in a healthcare/public‑sector environment

  • Conduct technical research and assessment of design and architecture options

  • Support system integration, data validation, testing, and deployment activities

  • Develop and maintain system design models, technical documentation, program code, and specifications.


Assignment Deliverables

  • Technical design artifacts and solution documentation

  • High‑quality, secure, and scalable application components

  • Unit, integration, and system testing outputs

  • Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.


Expertise Required

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application / solution development

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and Vlocity platform (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, LWC)

  • Proven experience developing solutions in healthcare or regulated public‑sector environments

  • Solid understanding of privacy, security, and data protection requirements, including personal health information

  • Experience with system integration, data migration, reporting, and dashboards

  • Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments (epics, user stories, CI/CD).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Design System accessibility standards

  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience / Community Cloud.
